R K Global Issues!

i ve stared for f& o segment in rk global..
but yesterday i ve huge problem of connecting..
i can do trading thrugh sharekhan yesterday but not with rkglobal..
so i not not trade with rkglobal any more.
informed them..
bad very bad experience on the first day..
trading with huge volume through sharekhan..satisfied with servise ,, not with brokerage..
thought of changing to r k global..
but all in vain..
only plus point of rkg is brokerage.. no customer care,, bad service.. too bad for a volume trader where money is at stake

There are few frequent problems with RKG these days, usually in the afternoon, gets disconnected for about 15 mins.
Spoke to their technical head, told that some server side issues are there, will be resolved shortly.

Anyway this is the message given all the time

Download the latest Master from their website, download section and extract it in the ODIN/Masters folder, that will solve the problem.

Yes, RKG charges Rs. 9 for everything. :thumb:
Rs. 9 per lot for Futures (both Indices & Stocks).
Rs. 9 per lot for Options (both Indices & Stocks).
Rs. 9 per executed order for Equities irrespective of stock price (both BSE & NSE).
Rs. 9 per lot for Commodities (both MCX & NCDEX).
