R K Global Issues!

I am thinking for signing up to RK GLobal broker since they have very low brokerage in options. But, when I go to their site, the contact number for Delhi is 011-4310 0999. When I dial this number, it says number not in use. When I dial their Sales and Marketing number, no one picks up the phone!!!!

What is going on??? How should I contact this broker :rofl:

look into online representative. Customer service is pretty much nonexistent at RK Global

Its my personal experience that customer service at RK Global has improved a lot since last two months. They give out personal cell numbers of all department officers to be contacted. Someone calls me from RK Global once every week to enquire if i'm facing any problems, may be because i'm a day trader and have plenty of business for them. My indiabulls account is now almost defunct.

I agree with you, the other day somebody from RKG called me, if every thing is
fine with my ODIN.When I told ,I am using WEB version, he has left the number in case of any problem.

Columbus, RKG Web version is getting disconnected very frequently with the message that your session expired. If there is any way to increase this time period?

I wrote about the same problem in this thread some where.In Sharekhan there
is provision to change the idle time.
Earlier in RKG ,there is a provision to lock the terminal and we can unlock it by
providing password.It seemed to me they have restored it.Now a days I am using Sharekhan a lot and RKG to lesser extent.

I agree. I am experiencing it.
They had called me 2-3 times since joining confirming of there service whether any probs n all.

Even there server which was having big probs is improved lot.

They are improving but it will take time.
At such a less cost with so much competition they are really giving much then expectations.

I think they will go long once they catch the pace

@ all RKG ODIN users :

How to uninstall ODIN ?
I can't find the program in "Add or Remove Programs" from the Control Panel.
Also there is no uninstallation file in the ODIN folder of C:\ drive.
