R K Global Issues!

I read this in terms and conditions mentioned on RK Global website.
"R K Global reserves the right to allow clients for intraday trading on selective scripts."

well my question is, if I dont use margin and buy shares worth my trading capital only and suppose i want to sell it on same day.. can they disallow me to do so..
or i will not be allowed to buy some scrips at first place irrespective of margin used or not..
 
Hi there!!

There are certain scripts in which if you trade then you can attract penalty for which the brokers block those scripts, they even block those scripts in which their is low volitality. This is done in accordance to the safety for the broker themselves

Ok, it got it.. only one more question.. are "these" scripts uniformly blocked by all the brokers or different scripts are blocked by different brokers.. ie if RK global blocks a particular script then will traders using other brokers will be able to trade it??
 
Wrong account balance showing Up

Hi All,

I am one of the RKG users. My funds view shows up a balance of Rs -192,222/- I have never made any trade of such amount. Rather I have never even transferred such a large amount to my RKG Account. I have written to them with the problem. Lets hope its jus a technical error and not a serious one.

Did anyone face similar problem before?

Hi all,
I've been trading without problems with RKG for a few months now but yesterday I faced a weird problem where all my trades have not been taken into account. I placed many buy and sell orders in currencies but this morning my account looks exactly as it was day-before yesterday - which is very strange. Anybody face this issue? I have unfortunately not taken any screenshots or written down the trade confirmation numbers but I did check the trade book and saw the confirmed orders each time, but today every position is reversed by one day. I'm flabbergasted. Any suggestions? Probably lost about 3k in profits made yesterday...
 
Well they called me... seems like they have some serious internal server issues and the positions of yesterday are all missing - they seem to be patching it up manually and calling people individually. Luckily it is a small amount, else it would have been a disaster. They will restore yesterday's positions by Monday and meanwhile the system will continue to show wrong values. I'm very unhappy about this. Reliability and uptime is one thing, but miscalculating position sizes and missing an entire day's trades from the system...its unacceptable. I will have to seriously think about moving my account, but I have nowhere to move it to.......
 
It has been three days that I have opened the account with RK Global.I would say thier services has been excellent till day.I am very happy to begin with.Their contract note also comes well in time.A very good experience so far.I have taken only the Web Service and their quotes are real time since I also use Kotak Keat-proX and see no difference in streaming rates.
