R K Global Issues!

dont know why but i have used firefox chrome and ie and i never got this user suspended error, it might be due to some other issue.. also ie seems very slow due to which i use firefox and chrome.. the new ie9 beta is awesome and much faster.. i use that sometime and it works very well and quotes update is also better compared to previous version of ie.

you need to check if you use a diff password and that does multiple tries etc..

hi aniz
seems like they have changed the server last week.this it the second time in a month that they are shuffling between delhi server and kolkata server.
when you try logging in through rkglobal.net previously green colored web page used to come then they shifted to blue one(onlinerkg.rkglobal.net and rkglobal.net/rkglobal)If you are using Odin then cannot make out the differnece.got a call from kolkata yesterday and the guy solved the issue for me.try contacting the kolkata guys.previously when i contacted delhi support they were clueless but support from kolkata solved it in two minutes.

very true.. what you pointed out is right.. i never call up the delhi desk, only kolkata and they are able to resolve the problem quickly..

Good you pointed out.. Friends please use kolkata customer care for rkglobal

Hi Guys,

thinking of opening an a/c with RKG Kolkata..Im based in bangalore and they dont have a local presence here. What is your opinion? Also, how are the payouts done? Is it done immediately or does it take time? And finally, is it safe to lets say keep a margin amount of Rs.5 lakh with them? Sorry if the questions sound too amateurish but since they dont have a presence here i am a bit concerned. Thanks in advance!

Without wanting to sound like I'm 'pushing' any broking firm, I suggest you give Zerodha a shot. It's a new company in Bangalore. It has a brilliant broking model and it allows you to win bigger if you bet bigger. I am a full-fledged options trader now just because I can afford to be one. ;)
As consumers, we need to be aware of the products that are available and choose one that suits our needs best.

Equity = Zerodha.
Commodity = RKG [till zerodha comes up].

takes one complete business day after email request.

they, like zerodha have a very profitable model [cheap with strict risk management policy]; these are the ones that have the capacity wither any storm in the markets.

I'd rather trust them instead of the ones who charge humongous brokerage with costly offices in the prime location of each city.
