I dont know account. I am an engineer. Can anybody explain me the BACKOFFICE statements in in RK global. The M2M loss & profit is very confusing. What is meant by LEDGER BALANCE ? My ledger balance shows in geen colour Rs 75000. The RKG office says that this is my PROFIT. Are they right? What is the most important thing which we should check daily ?

Check your running account, daily debits/credits verify with your CN.

MTM calculation is quite confusing because it is not calculated from holding
but from Previous close to today's close.For example sake, Consider you have a BUY position at 5400.

Day.1 close=5450 2500 added to your account.
Day.2 close=5350 5000 will be debited.
Day.3 close=5325 1250 will be debited.
Day.4 close=5375 2500 will be added.
day.5 close=5475 5000 will be added.

After a week your actual MTM=(5475-5400)*50=3750.
2500-5000-1250+2500+5000=3750.
But the end result is same.

Take care to close IDLE accounts ,otherwise you will be required to pay
good amount as AMC.

I have an account with RKG and I'm not sure if I want to continue with them. Could you share some more details? What about the post regarding delay in payouts etc?

No.
I had a log-in problem.Which should be rectified in matter of hours.
They took not days but weeks.Still the problem is not rectified.
They are not letting me close my account also.I had no other alternative
left ,other than approaching SEBI.

hi columbus, I have a bsnl broadband connection and every time I login to RKG there is a " connection busy error " problem, I have to attempt mostly 3-4 time to able to login. This problem not arises when I login from aietel gprs, or tata docomo gprs...
what is your experience with payouts? how many days delay..?
why they are not closing your account ? what are they saying, in this matter..?
It will be helpful to all RKG users....if you reply to above ....
