I dont know about web based, but for ODIN they will not charge you for software if you inform them before they debit your account that you will not be trading for the next month. Some advance notice is needed..... check with customer service. They will however disable your id during that period.

i opened an FO acoount , i transfered certain funds and got confirmation , to theNSE derivatives from my HDFC account , but it is not showing in the ledger . can anyone help :confused:

Call their nearest customer service centre with your user id and transaction reference number. They will immediately provide you the limits. Ledger may take another two days to reflect. Happened to me.

This happened once to me. I called them and got the limits updated - took all of 15 minutes

I remember someone asking about withdrawing money. I tried withdrawing money from RK. Did this transfer on 15th and money was credit on 17th to my bank account.
