Yes disconnection seems to be in control. I think we could expect better charting options comparable to other trading softwares. Charting I heard will be ready only by Fri - Sat.

I am just upset that they have not tested it properly before going production.

Yes Arm. They shud have tested all the functions properly. I would be happy if they'd have solved this problem b4 friday.

And in my view, Expecting gud charting options from RKG, is like expecting a gud governance from our politicos...

I want to open an account with RK Global....Are they reliable?....Any case of problems especially during trading or settlement of rupees you earned or hidden charges?

I am thinking of taking 999 plan

No such problems. #a occurred 2-3 times over a 3 month period. #b & #c almost never faced any problem. Whenever I do face problems it is mostly because of my broadband connection.

I am facing same issues as the rest of you after the upgrade. No resolution yet from RK.

I did notice one change after the upgrade. I have signed up for only NSE F&O. Earlier I could see quotes from BSE/MCX/NSE cash in market watch even though I am eligible only for FO. Since this upgrade I don't see SENSEX (in indices) or the rest of the quotes in market watch

I did face disconnection problems from the quote server many times before the upgrade. Nothing to do with my net connection other sites were working fine. The problem was also confirmed by RKG tech rep. Other issues were rare and insignificant.

I could see NSE cash segment prices on 24th. Today I didnot check.

The quote problem seems to have dwindled after the uprgrade, and the chart module though not working now seems to have gone through an overhaul. So once stabilized we may see a much better product.

Lets hope for the best.

PS: Other silly bugs have been preserved intact in the new version (Like the order book wont update if opened initially with your workspace, unless you close it and reopen it once.
