Hello RKG users,

I have following queries about RKG:

1. Does there system allow bulk orders (multiple buy-sell orders for different securiteis simultaneously) from file to be executed in the market?
2. What is the level of reliability of their system? Any substantial downtimes?
3. Is their funds in and out procedure transparent and smooth?
4. Anyone suffered any instances of overcharging?
5. Has anyone received ODIN client instead of ODIN diet from them by special request?

1. Can't see any option in the client to do this
2. Didn't face any technical issue in the last few weeks. Out of 6 months of usage, system was down on 2 occassions. Took abt 10 mins to restore service. Overall found it good.
3. I have used HDFC transfer in and out. Both work fine.
4. I have not faced this issue
5. I didn't. If anyone here gets it I will ask for me it too

I m going to be a user of RK Global.....so i want to know that is there any hidden charges...which they can't tell us.

Recently I found another firm offering the irrestible offer of Unlimited trading with Zero brokerage - (upfront fee is annual 14000). It is good for traders and high volume grossers.

Taking into consideration the volumes generated such charges for annual brokerage is enticing. This is from Bajaj. Never heard before in the market thus worth trying.

Anyone having experience with Bajaj(justtrade.in) ?........Any hidden charges or unfriendly platform...plz share.

Is the brokerage rs.9 per lot is for bothways ie buy and sell or for each trade rs 9 for buy and Rs9 for sell?

RKG are interested only in making client grabing the subscription which is 875/- or more, but no on cares about the software installation, charting, scripts. they say you can only get 15 scripts at a time and every day you have to approach them with your phone....having lot of extensions. I opened my account with them but till date I am not cared for trading, and redressal of my grievances. they dont have customer care free phone and every now an then you will have to call then for minor things. More over their monthly fixed charges are blood sucking.......they are charging us from different ways.My user Id is i6414.....any company official can chech it......but I doubt.
