RKG are interested only in making clients......grabing the subscription money which is 875/- or more, but no on cares about the software installation, charting, scripts. they say you can only get 15 scripts at a time and every day. you have to approach them with your phone....having lot of extensions. I opened my account with them 6 months back but till date I am not cared for trading, and redressal of my grievances. they dont have customer care free phone and every now an then you will have to call then for minor things. More over their monthly fixed charges are blood sucking.......they are charging us from different ways.My user Id is i6414.....any company official can chech it......but I doubt.

hello friends i m planning to open account with r k global can anybody tell me for option what brokerage they charge and send me option contract note and one more question anybody doing web based trading which they charge RS 112 Per month how the exprience

the same is true for justtrade (Bajaj Capital). Their customer care people will ask for your mobile number and will tell you that they will callback you in just 5 minutes theirselves about the query and they will never call back you. If some day we have best of best luck then they may call back us in 1 hour but that's also suggesting that 5 minutes of justtrade = 1 hour of a customer. :annoyed: :mad:

Rs. 9 per lot for options. You can contact them and ask them to send the working for a sample trade.

May be thats for ODIN . i am using web platform and form home its connected fine .After reaching office around 12 PM , it didnt . Not sure whats the issue .have to check again :(
