Thanks. But the problem with the charts is that they dont have back fill and start of when ever you open the chart. For e.g. if I open a 5 min chart of Nifty at 10:03, the first bar will be from 10:03 to 10:08. Then if you disconnect and login again, all the previous chart disappears and it starts off again. How do you deal with this. :confused:

Due to this issue, I just use the old tick chart. Have kept the registry entry "Basic chart = 0" so that old chart is enabled.

I heard Power Indiabulls is a very stable platform, and works well with charting software like Amibroker. How much do they charge for PIB. Is there a min. turnover requirement or monthly software charge?

For ODIN 9.1.0.5 which Religare provides you will get the charts from the begining of the market from 9:55 AM to 3:30 PM even if you log in and out between that period. Therefore the backfill problem is totally resolved.

So the problem that , between log in and log out in the market hours no chart would have been available i.e., backfill problem , used to occour with
7.10x does not occour with 9.1.0.5

Now reguarding Indiabulls , they take a one time charge for PIB with no turnover commitments.But currently
as ODIN 9.1.0.5 gives you almost all the chart facilities provided by PIB why you would go for PIB ?

Thanks Unicorn. With the ODIN which I have (also 9.x) the problem is very much there. So I will get PIB for the charting and cash segment trading (in RKG I have only an F&O account). Thus even if on a day, one broker has gone bananas :), the other will be available to see what is going on or for taking a reverse position. If I add cash segment to RKG it will cost me another 200 bucks a month. So best is to pay the one time for PIB and that will be recovered soon. :cool:

Does Indiabulls ask for any minimum margin to be maintained in the PIB account.

I have a question.If i apply for online trading through R.K global then how much i have to deposit and how much their registration and other charges?
I have an information that they are giving a scheme of 999/-.which they are taking as the brokerage of whole month.But statutory levies (e.g. STT & Stamp Duty etc) are extra.But according to NSE service tax is 12% of brokerage amount in every trade.So is this 12% is going to calculate on 999/-???
Anyone using that scheme??Is there any hidden tax?
someone please clear my confusion...

i want just only live streaming quotes without disconnection and reqular pay in and pay out with daily updated ledger.

R K Global's website as well as Diet ODIN trading terminal were down between 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM on 24-June-2009. I didn't check before 1:30 PM, so not sure if the downtime was even longer. When I called the customer support number in Delhi, I was given a mobile number to call. That mobile number was so busy that I gave up after redialing for about 50 times.

Really sucks to see my broker down a day before expiry and the broker's staff that can't care less.

Please tell me about their web platform is it reliable to trade fno intraday.How is order execution and connectivity.Is any problem in trading hours....please
