im now worried if it willbe ok today before market closing.

Do u have ur position squared off in cash segment today????????????????

till 3.29 no connection. after that when i logged on mkt closed.......
None of their customer service was ready to pick the calllllllll.just for less brokerage getting trapped in a huge losssss in a single dayyyyy.Wht was ur experience???????

Last few days, RK's terminal goes down intermittently. Today it was down for many times and there was no one to answer calls. This reminds me old days of ICICIDirect, in 2000-2005 ICICIDIRECT use to go down anytime. I don't trade much with ICICIDIRECT, so no idea.

RK's web terminal speed increased in recent days, not sure this due to improvement or lost customers. Recently they started calling many traders who stopped trading on RK's terminal due to sudden down time.

It is Thursday Morning Aug 19th
RK Web Based - "No response from the server"...Tried calling all the numbers.It seems they don't bother to pick the pick also..Mumbai office
even other numbers in Delhi/Kolkata..

Need to think of switching back to Sharekhan(Their server is up)

I thought it's a holiday today...

i am also not able to log on ODIN diet or even web version since wednesday 2.30 pm till now,and their pathetic client service even not bothering to pick up the phone,i have a open trade in nifty........what to do now:annoyed:

I have a different problem with them.
After yesterday's disconnection, my password for Odin get changed automatically
This happens quit a lot :annoyed:

Do you face similar problem???

how do you know your password got changed

Yes ! ..Even I have been requested to send a mail to change my password due to an issue with their server.You may also have to send I think.

no cash segment. im long in 5500 ce.no one attended my call till 3.30.at 3.35 some gal called me.but what for?she told me server down.....but im ok today as my call is trading 5 point up from yesterday.

what is happening..no response from the server..unable to login from web client?
such a poor service! did not notify in advance...
