RK Global Delhi -> all lines have been busy (or purposely made busy). I cannot log on to their odin server.

Is it possible for few hundred traders to start online brokerage as collective brokerage? It has been successfully done in forex.

I did not get any mail about any password change...the technical support no. in kolkata is suddenly busy...any clue...anyone?

Usually they send changed password immdtly.Today they haven't so don't know.

That is completely wrong/misleading error they show when their server does not work. It has nothing to do with incorrect logon attempts. I think their clients have exceeded the numbers allowed on their Odin user license by financial technologies because i saw that message several times in last few days while attempting to login.

how do you know your password got changed

This is not the 1st time!!!
It happens before also :annoyed:

After 5 minutes, when I log-in again(with the similar password used 5 minutes ago) the message says "incorrect password"

I have to sent email frequently

the fact is that their server is down. Even in night they could not get defects rectified. They put up the message that you attempted the max number of attempts and talk to admn. Made 100 calls to their Mumbai office. No bugger is responding. They are asking that you contact the delhi office. Delhi office no one is lifting the phone. I am trading since 5 years and have account with sharekhan, india info ,icici, PIB and reliance money but never saw such a pathetic response. Better to close the account. Now I have sent some one in person to their delhi office to close my open position. In emergency if they dont have arrangements to close the position then they should close the shop or we should make him to close the shop and run away.

Anyone who is trying to login after yesterday's debacle may try the password - rkg123...It has worked for me... But don't blame me if it's wrong... Just a suggestion...
