Reviews on Angel Broking and Religare!!

well frens i am in intraday trading and currently i am using sharekhan.
today i got call from angel broking and they offered me 1 paisa for intraday and 10 paisa for delivery.
i just want to know that should i go for the angel. or some other broker.
the problem that i am facing with sharekhan is that:-
there Tradeterminal runs on the fullscreen mode and many times i have to do otherthings on PC so i cannot use someother window side by side
there fast trade runs only on the microsoft jvm and IE which i can not use on my system.

so suggest me that is there any issue with Angel or Indiainfoline

I have account with Angel. I can say it is better than or at least equal to many brokers.

I am using Race-pro(online trading) from Religare since one year. I hardly had any technical problems. Plus points are low brokerage and ease of use. Minus point is Customer service. But if you are trading online and don't place your orders through phone, you can happily go for this. I don't know about Angel Broking.

Same here. And I get good customer service too! So, I suppose it depends on the branch of Religare which is servicing you.

no it's not a prepaid account. only commitment that i gave is that i'll transfer 200k in the account at least after 1 month of account opening and when i'll feel comfortable with the services

i meet lots of brokers and i was get the best response and from the Angel. and after Angel I got good response from India Infoline and Sharekhan. and worst response was from Indiabulls and Karvy and Reliance money exp was like purchasing the things from wholesale market
in terms of software stability i'll suggest that one can go for Angel because there software have many flexibility and developed for the future support. for browser base can go for the 5paisa.com from indiainfoline

thanks for your review. thinking of opening account with angel.
i am not satisfied with emkay. along with other problem, emkay has stoped sending physical confirmation note. now they send email of confirmation note and charge 5 rs extra as technology/courier charge.

Same here. And I get good customer service too! So, I suppose it depends on the branch of Religare which is servicing you.

I have recently opened a trading account with Religare with R-acelite platform.

Customer service is pathetic. Right from the first day, I have problem, as the bank is not connected to trading account and also the session expires within 2 minutes ( so I have to re-logon).

I called up customer service and have to make STD call from Bangalore to Delihi for 25 minutes. I have transferred to 4 different customer service representatives to whom I have to repeat the issue from scratch every time. Too much compartmentalized and everybody is doing his part, but no resolution to the problem. The issue is still to be resolved.

When I wrote email to their helpdesk, same issue. Religare Customer Service informed that Bank account is connected to trading account as per their record, so everything is OK from their side. But in reality, I cannot see my account balance.

So I advice based on my experience that do not go for Religare online trading platform.

I have an Indiabulls trading account for last 7 years. though they are a bit slow in CS related response, but the reliablity of their trading screen is much better and stable.

I was impressed by Religare brand name, but now I am totally dishreatened and would prefer to close the account down.
