Is it possible to Buy 1,00,000 Quantity(2,000 lot) of Nifty Call (or Put) Options in One Order after getting permission from NSE(by you for my account)? If yes then when should I get permission to do this trading on Thursday? Will this order get executed as normally like other orders gets executed instantly?
I am asking this because I will get only 2 seconds: 1 second to decide what to buy Call or Put and another 1 second to place the buy order!
If above type of trading is not allowed for small traders like me then I will get the whole day to sit idle without trading

Not possible to do that much qty in one order. You are restricted to 300 lots (15,000 qty) by the exchange. Any more and your order will be frozen.
The work around for this is to place a basket order through NOW. There, you can create multiple big orders (each up to 300 lots) for one security. On a single click, you can send all these orders to the exchange.

RKSV, As I said earlier that I have only 1 second to decide whether to buy call or put so its not possible to create a basket of call or put for 2000 lot in 1 second. Is there a way to create two separate baskets for two different security? What solution is available for this?
I think I will create a basket for call and then I will make a phone to you to create a basket for put (1 min. before my planned order time) then at the time of trade I will place order or I will ask you to place the order according to my decision of buying call or put! You need to hold phone for around 2 min. during my planned trading time! Call n trade charges will be Rs. 50 for this, right?

If you are buying at a market rate then it is very easy to do it yourself. You can create the basket at Orders and Trades >> Basket Order >> Normal Basket (Ctrl B). Fill up the details and click "Export List" to save it to the drive. Then when you are ready to place the trade, go back to the normal screen and click "Browse" on the bottom to load the file again.
Basket orders are risky things. We don't accept those over the phone. If anyone mistypes such large orders because of some phone miscommunication, it can be a big headache for both of us. Just think if someone misheard your quantity on a basket order.
I suggest you try pre-filling your scripts ahead of time and load them one minute ahead before trading. We can guide you through it if you don't feel comfortable.

I'd love to tell you that pressing Alt-P is the shortcut for that button since the "P" in "Place" is underlined. However, in NSE NOW, Alt-P is also wired to bring up the NEST Plus window making that shortcut useless. For now, you should be able to tab through the fields to get to "Place."
