Hi Sandeep, Share khan levies brokerage rates on both buy as well as sell side.... better go for Angel.... with this much margin amount, you may easily negotiate them for brokerage rate of 0.10% delivery & 0.01% for intraday. Besides, they levy brokerages on only one side.... speak to their customer care... you may get much better deal than u getting now. rgds, Shyam

Well thanks for reply...Well they are charging me 0.30%(delivery) & 0.03%(intraday) on buy side & same on sell side as well...
Well I am investing Rs.100000 initially...So what do u think what should I do?

Hi, I had an account with them in past & switched to Angel an year ago..... Happy with the brokerage rates, dealing staff, customer service & Risk management team. They are cooperative...... With share khan I was paying 0.5% - Delivery & 0.05% - intraday on both sides.... At Angel, I pay 0.15% - Delivery & 0.02% - Intraday on either of the sides. AMC at share khan is Rs. 400 vs Rs. 300 at Angel. hence happy with Angel...... Request others to share their views as well.... thanks!

plus other taxes ..
what do u say guys,,
i m having high brokerage ..

Hi, For futures, I am paying brokerage 0.02% & for options - Rs. 50 per option. There are no monthly charges....... There are no yrly charges other than Rs. 300(@Share khan its Rs. 400)... Their online trading portal, Angel Odin diet is free of cost..... one of the fastest among all trading portals available......in the market.rgds..

Delivery Brokerage cannot be on one side.
U r paying 0.02% for Intraday only on one side? Is it without any volume commitment ?
Then certainly they are great.
Sharekhan provides this brokerage on Advanced Brokerage of Rs. 30,000.

The general brokerage offered by leading brokerages are 0.03% Intraday &0.3% Delivery.
Sharekhan's charges are little higher.
But they have various prepaid brokerage schemes ranging from Rs. 2000 per annum to Rs. 1 lakh.
I like the charting of its software TradeTiger.

Dear Kaushik, delivery brokerage is always on one side cuz you not squaring off your position. ha ha ha.... just kidding.. Furthermore, 0.02% Intraday brokerage is on one side for sure... This brokerage was offered to me an year ago while account opening & hence without any volume commitment. Share Khan brokerage rates are really high.... Angel/MOSL/Indiabulls offered me 0.03% / 0.3% without any volume commitment.
If the initial cheque is Rs. 25K they can reduce it more.
Sharekhan charges a little higher but can be negotiated also to some extent.

ODIN is ofcourse fast in order confirmation/modification/execution, etc.
But I don't like the charts of ODIN.
Sharekhan's TradeTiger gives intraday charts for last any no. of days for any timeframe. I like and need this facility.
It also provides Open Interest, Put Call Ratio, Delivery % of Volume in its charts.
