SH's 315 Strategy - how to use if effectively

Question regarding DLF. On 8th march,candle was not touching 3ema,so exited long position.Next day it touched 3ema so entered around 313.Now where should i keep my sl?

Or i will wait,it may go up or come down to touch 15ema.Please do reply still learning the strategy.

Sorry sis dont know this method but know 298.95 is sl for all long in DLF now

Could you please explain how you calculated the SL of DLF?
As SH 315 rule doesnot contain anything on SL.

Hi SH,

I really appreciate your work. Also I am not looking for catching tops and bottoms. I know "It's almost impossible for any trading system out of this world to catch tops and bottoms". My concern is regarding long term trend. If we are long in a commodity and booked 100% profit after 10% rise and still if the commodity price is rising, then what next? Where should we re-enter or just wait for next 534 crossover? Should we re-enter when it touches 34 ema? Suppose if it is in strong up/down trend and never touches 34 ema. Then should we just wait and watch until it touches 34 ema or until 534 crossover?

Raj - as I said earlier I am still experimenting with commodities hence it will take some time before I can be comfortable sharing further enhancements.

However booking 10% profits and re-entring again at 34 EMA was a pragmatic approach and I agree that you can do that. I do that myself since it becomes the low risk entry and I am betting market's money only.

Arti - there is no SL defined by any level as per 315. You reverse your trade when the EMA crossover happens in the opposite direction.

In my view Nickel's immediate support is around 940 and I will buy in 940-950 zone.

The exit decision is yours.
