Timepass, I'm glad you brought that up, because now I can clarify something, because I may have said something that misled someone.
I apply my S&R's to weather patterns, as they are easy to plot on a spreadsheet, then apply the S&R's to them.
If I could take the data and apply it to the ichimoku, then the ichimoku would also enable me to do the weather forecasts as a confluence. I don't want to take the time to do that, simply because I am not that interested--lol.
Our local weather is not hard to predict just in using my S&R's. There is natural weather phenomena that happens when the temperature hits certain levels.
Just the temperatures can be predicted in all areas around the world in just using my S&R's
Weather works the same way the markets do. Sometimes you get a freight train effect and my S3's or R3's are blown out.
I believe and am really sure about this (No personal experience.) that you can take all relevant mathematical and scientific phenomena related to earthquakes, apply it, and then predict when they will happen within a very narrow proximity. That is an area I don't plan in putting forth the effort to investigate.
Along with music and sports, charts and math are a hobby with me. But, there comes a time when I'd rather sit down and just play my baseball game with my kids and grandchildren. The baseball game was an invention I came up with 23 years ago. We can play any year, team, or ballplayers.
My kids have often told me I should get a patent on it. I tell them, "Shh! That's our little secret."
Hey Pips, you say that you are trying to predict weather patterns using your ichimoku technique. Can you also predict earthquakes ?
