Re: Reliant Industries

This market was stopped dead in its tracks at the bottom of the daily cloud, which also is an extremely strong cluster, as per a post 1 few weeks back. This market is now ready for a huge reversal. 783.80 is the ///TK combo,/// and it is on the radar. The move should progress further south after it meets with support area. The initial hit 0f 636.14 is going to provide very strong S, if not a complete longer term reversal. This could be the leg that takes us there, but that remains to be seen.
Sir Paul,
I did not want to trouble you with my very intial questions. None the less I noticed that you do answer them enthusiastically. This really makes me feel obliged. can you or anybody just tell me what is TK combo.

Nandamad, never hesitate to ask a question. You will not know the answer if you don't ask. This is learning for all of us, and the classroom is filled with people at all different levels.
TK--Tenken/kijun. It is when they merge on top each other. Thus, the TK combo.

The Chinkou

As by request:

All 5 of the indicators on ichimoku are equally important. I don't allude to the chinkou as much because I use more as a confirmatory type signal and to indicate that the middle of the trend is still going the same way.
Just the crossover on the chinkou will yield many good trade. The problem is that I am more of a type of trader and forecaster that likes calling the peaks and valleys. I don't like trading a trend when it is have finished.
In that way, it works similar to an MA. Price action will always gravitate back to it. Price will break on the other side, then stay there for awhile, before gravitating back and going to the other side.
This is why I do not make a trading decision based on the chinkou, but rather use it to confirm what I am already seeing.
Another thing about the chinkou is I like to use it similarly as when price action moves too far away from the cloud. If the candle drifts too far under the chinkou, it is time to reverse. Recent price action on Nifty will bear that out.
