Hi Paul

A friend called me last night from the US telling DJ was sliding! By morning it has hit the wall - head first! Nifty bled also first thing in the morning. Wish I had taken some short positions yesterday!

Nifty is now hanging by the thread above the last line of defence. And just above a formidable R. Devil and deep blue scenario, must say. Let see on Monday. If it starts bobbing up and down, I will shut the computer down. I am tired of wasting time in sideways markets. Will take a week long break - like you!

I wish you the very best during the vacation. Enjoy it to hilt, buddy!

I got a few panic e-mails, which, in essence, put this market on the request list.

While many were panicking, I was just relieved. In the update at the beginning of this week, I said to look for the WS2 at 38.33 to be hit, or maybe the WS3 at 37.98. The dip was 38.29, so expectations were fulfilled.

What's next? Well, the daily kijun at 37.81 needs to be taken out before the southward journey continues. To the north, 40.24 is cluster R, and if broken, we're back on the express. Things could get volatile again, yet, it also appears we could see the moves to the east. ST, things look mixed
Longer term, once the sideshow is finished, the peak at 49.76 could be challenged.

This week I've been enjoying a break before my vacation. I've been flat since Tuesday morning. It has really been wonderful. I've just been enjoying the markets, great company with all my internet friends, and just taking it easy.
Now, we're close to the best week, for us, of the whole year. Like a kid, the excitement is building.
BTW, I've been considering taking a week off from trading every month with the way I've been enjoying this week. That would make 13 weeks per year, when you add in the upcoming week. The benefit package for my job is really good--lol.

With a clean break of the monthly cloud and with the TK combo fast on its heels, this pair still has a ways to go south. Over coming days the 4-hour tenken at .8128 will be strong R, and containment should be well under the kijun at .8327. MT, this market is headed to .7673 or lower.

Me too, Paul! Why, I am gonna take the week off from this Monday! I took a lousy short position at the close today. I will square it off first thing on Monday morning -and then off!!

Eagle, it dawned on me, and in a serious note, I hope everyone gets the point. I love doing this so much, but there has been a tremendous sense of relief just to be able to say, I pushed myself away from the proverbial table, enjoyed great conversation and the charts, and was just able to relax.
This has really been an enjoyable week, and I think it has done a lot of good for the psyche. I refer to this often as being a hobby. It truly is a hobby when you're not caught up with the money.

This week's price action has set the tone for another move further south, but the map says it is going east, if not northeast to being with.
Any correction should be contained by the daily tenken at .6661. Once all the consolidation has concluded, we should see another strong leg south to challenge the all-time low at .5693.
