My SL got hit @5304 .. there was a "sell" according to various strategy, but I was too paralyzed to do anything

Well This is my First time that i am seeing such a big loss. I am not used to it. and also i always want to do EOD trading (as i do not have much screen time) but always ended up doing intraday trading.

But today i am not having any fear because SG is teaching me something which he think i am lacking.

Today it will hurt me but in future i will remember this.

The Only thing matter is i will learn and more importantly will keep it in my mind what i learned and keep doing that.

It is good you are going through all that you would have done....so this is going to be a very new experience....hopefully you will not fear the downside......and NOT OVERTRADE....

From my end I can assure you that you will have atleast 7-8 winners out of 10....will try for more.....!!!

As an after thought...I am glad you got see this kind of flash crash while holding a position....

I am not taking any other trade other then what is told by you.

My only concern is the time. Today i got time so able to see you intraday post on regular basis but this happens very rarely. i get time in morning only where i can do trading.

Just wanted to tell my concern.

The thing is in past i have traded using many different strategies. May be some of them are good and will keep me in profit at end of month. But i am having no control on my emotions so traded for very small period using any of the strategy.

I tried to learn by my self but failed.

SO asked SG for help.

as i told this is the first time i am seeing big loss in my MtoM and still in position.

May be this is a learning for me but not so useful to you.

What i have learnt will share with you

1. When market start tanking we panic and try to close positions @ market but by the market has already reached extream and our loss is big
2. then we see Market rising again almost 50% of the fall and we think it was only momemtary news and everything has settled so we reenter and again this is @ other extream
3. Market falls again to the low or nearby and again we close position and again book the highest loss
