From a fundamentals view point, do you think that Unitech might go down due to the telecom controversy? They may be in risk of losing their 2G licenses or fined for publishing false statements to get the licenses.

Unitech and DLF have very bad name in NCR. They have very high number of failed projects and have cheated 1000's of its customers. Most unethical companies in India.

It is best to short these stocks whenever market has lot of euphoria. Every Diwali sell 2-3 January lots of Unitech. U will get earn of money.

Unitech has fallen from 90 to 74 in just 2-3 days.

In many projects, not a single brick has been laid for the last 2 years and yet they claim to have sold the entire flats/offices/shops....

Also, for some projects they don't have clearance to build. In one such instance in Delhi, DLF promised to build up to a certain number of floors and they sold everything. Later buyers found out, that they do not have clearance to build higher than 6 floors so anyone who bought above the 6th floor is screwed! DLf won't give a refund....so people basically bought thin air....

Pehle bata dete na bhai .. jab chilla raha tha AND chart bhi post kiya tha tgt 95 ke liye .... 8-10 PUTS le leta ...

Tab sirf Goofy nahi .. sab ke liye Biryani & Gosht party ho jaata ... arre .. chhaplwaali ko bhi bula leta man .....

Gentle reminder on your generous acceptance of my request No rush though!

Also expecting some +ve opening for Dish TV tomorrow considering they have reached 9 Mn subscribers, adding the last 1 Mn in less than 3 months and combining that with the fact that their major cost is bound on the upper side now due to fixed contracts with content providers. I must add IF the markets do not tank tomorrow due to more China fears.

Basically problem lies with us, the customers. We see their full-page adverts, showing skyscrapers amidst the green patches and wonderful roads. What we fail to notice, however, is the * asterisk getting explained at the bottom of the dream image!:

Suppose it didn't lose, but where will UNITECH use his 2G license in the world of 3G - in the toilet?!

More than that, I wish Mr. A. Raja, its mentor, floats a company. Gets it listed on NSE @300 on the first day. I will short-sell 5000 of it at exactly 9.15 am. At 9.59 am, I'll buy 5000 at, say, 5 paisa a piece.

At 10.00 am I'll be writing slips for Mr. SG. He will have all my Hero Honda and Hanung shares as a gift!

At 10.01am I will still have a million rupees!
