2G / 3G only denotes the use - what the scam involves is basically spectrum which is limited and has been cornered based on false declarations.

The Raja is really a "rank" - so far be it from him to float a company. His raja is in TN and the Maharani is in Delhi, not doubt adding to their Swiss bank accounts while maintaining a holy public face.

I doubt Raja needs money for any purpose, he can fund 50% of India's deficit.
