I checked the scrip RECLTD.It has huge equity component of 860 cr.
It has been on gaining spree for about 11 days from 195 to 230.
Now it is showing weakness in price as well as volumes.

I think you cannot short stocks (i.e. cash segment) beyond one sessions. You may short stock futures though.

Hi Hari,

Generally, the SL is previous Trough Using the Ami Broker AFL function Trough(Low, P, 1) where P is % change. The default value of P=2 is good enough. But you can use a slightly different value (say, P=1) in specific cases. Sometimes the previous trough may be too deep down. In such cases you may take lowest Low of previous 5 bars.
