I am afraid your friend is spreading hoax. The single lesion in the first picture is most probably due to 2nd degree burn. And the second picture shows a boy with small pox.

By the way, Hot water with salt doesn't do anything apart from cotracting the tissue mass by dehydrating the cells. Curing of epidemics like ebola are not that simple, friend.
