Friendly advice:

You should update your backoffice. Everything else about you is mostly good so far. Operations are smooth, very satisfied. But Backoffice website looks like it is from the 1990's. It is hard to find any information there. See other broker's backoffice and you will know what I am talking about it.
I do agree with you Backoffice needs serious update.
Also many more updates like using NEST software instead of NOW,using combo plan of 0.7 and 15rs so no need to switch plans etc. will be beneficial.
I see many users who want that charges should be reduced further I would say I am ok with tradesmart charges as lower charges are unsustainable bussiness(see the case of VPS they tried to provide lowest charges and eventually had to shut down there shop as they were not making any money)
Though What I would like to see from tradesmart guys is to provide more services and facilities like there competition Zerodha or RKSV

Thanks Mihir. Will keep this in mind. Is there any specific information you are looking for?
I agree with mihir that it looks like some upgrade of DOS based system. Difficult to specify the details, but it's not intuitive.

My Friend showed the backoffice provided by RKSV . I was very impressed by the user friendly interface in that backoffice. I am not recommending anything , just sharing about what I felt after seeing the easiness felt there . Still not seen TSO backoffice website.

I am not a member of RKSV neither of TSO at the moment and just took part in the discussion. :p

Very soon going to be a member with any one of the above two mentioned. Just analyzing things finally. As of now, TSO is scoring higher. :D :)

You just said what I didn't want to say here by naming another broker, but yes, RKSV's backoffice is outstanding.
