You just said what I didn't want to say here by naming another broker, but yes, RKSV's backoffice is outstanding.

In saying here about RKSV I couldn't control my feelings of what I saw as you said outstanding.

Don't you have any of the plans among the three offered applicable for Commodities Trading ?

Your Rs. 15 per order is really making me interested a lot. But one thing I felt missing in it is that if I do Intraday trading Equity and my turnover is low then as you have not applied the rule that till Rs. 15 is reached in brokerage as per turnover the rate of 0.7 paise or 1 paise should be applied because if by that rate I have to pay Rs. 9 as brokerage for a small trade then inspite of that I have to pay Rs. 15 . So basically a mix of Rs. 0.7 paise brokerage and maximum upto Rs. 15 per order will make things more interesting.

I felt that this is a necessity for a newbie or a trader who trades in several stocks but in small quantities.

If you can add this change in your brokerage structure of Rs. 15 per order then it will be a boon. I hope I have made myself clear in explaining what I meant.

Apologies for the delay in reply.
Though we do have the membership of MCX and NCDEX, we have not started offering commodities in the discount broking model. We do plan to start the same in future and will update on our website and on traderji once we do.

Also please tell me how you calculate margins on options spreads.
And is market orders and sl-m orders available in NOW?

Technical team is so far unable to resolve the issue.

My desktop PC specs -

Win 7 Ultimate SP1 (32 bit), Intel Core 2 Duo 2.93 GHz, 4GB RAM, Kaspersky internet security 2013.

All updates in place.

Any and all help is appreciated.

1. Uninstall.

2. Install .(right click-run as admin)

3.After installation, go to properties of now shortcut- placed at desktop.
check compatibility- run as admin- check mark.
