The snap quote for 6050CE shows BNF values. Of course, this problem goes away on double click but still, it can give an extreme shock.

I'm frequently getting this message in NOW, and once this appears the charts stop updating though the price quotes are updated as normal. I've to logout and then re-login to see the updated charts. Please look into this.

When you do get this error? Everytime you do something specific or it just starts popping up randomly?

this message comes when I right click in market watch and try to open nest plus chart. This does not happen everytime I open a chart but it happens frequently. And today it happened umpteen number of times. Since morning I am just logging out and then logging back in. Really getting frustrated with this software. Please look.

NOW team has suggested the below solution.
Right click on the NOW folder and go to security. There select full control to give full access.

Please let us know whether this works or not.

Sorry, can not be done over an email. Physical documents (account modification form along with the relevant proof) would be necessary.
