Ok. For the purpose of troubleshooting would it be possible for you to try the "Snap Quote" (the bigger window) for some time instead of market depth window?

I am using both - 1 "Snap Quote" window and 1 "market depth" window. The problem usually occurs in the market depth window.

Yes these kind of incidences do happen even with liquid stocks.

This is different from call auction recently in news.

Since there seems to be some confusion about auction mechanism we'll write a piece on that in our knowledge base so that everyone can benefit from that.

This seems like the straightforward way. Not sure why this is happened. Will speak to NOW about it but since this issue has not been raised by anyone else not sure if it is an issue with NOW or with some local settings.

In the meanwhile would request you to use the Snap Quote window only if that is working fine.
