I got the reply from your support also. I checked the drop box site at 15:20 hrs. It was written there that uploaded 4 hrs before. that means at 11:20 hrs. Please see to that it is uploaded before 8:00 am( or at least before market opens) so that one can increase margin as per revised one. This is especially necessary if there is sudden jump as today. Up to yesterday, it was around 30000 and today it is 40000 for one lot of bnf for nrml trade and 2 lots of bnf mis trade..

The margin file we keep on the dropbox is for an indicative purpose only. Since the exchange changes it's margins 5 times a day the margin required can change even after we upload the file on dropbox.

I want to calculate my monthly brokerage do decide which plan may be better for me.

One issue some people have faced is that at the time of exiting the application they receive an error.

Other than that we've not heard any other issues.

Hello VNS, how do I find out the brokerage paid over a certain period ??

I want to calculate my monthly brokerage do decide which plan may be better for me.

You can use the Report no. 132 in our backoffice. "Other" column will display the brokerage for the Rs 15 per order plan and "Brokerage" column will display for 0.7 paise plan.

For instructions on how to access this report, please checkout the "Expense report" video on our website. report no. 132 is a newer version of this report and does not have a video yet. But steps to access it would be somewhat similar to that of the Expense report.

I tried it in Firefox and was able to change the password . Logged in, but couldn't click on 132 report.

So, went back to IE and logged in and checked the report

Anyway, the important thing is that, since April 2013, so far, I have paid Rs. 8732 as brokerage. This compares with Rs. 1899 scheme except that I traded CDS too in that Rs. 8732..

hmm... hamare liye kuch naya karo yaar.. some hybrid scheme, something with upper limit etc..etc.. Seems like I am paying too much brokerage.

We ourselves are a big fan of Chrome and Firefox and use IE only when we really need to (like in case of the backoffice). Good to know you got it working. Since we can't replicate the issue at our end not sure how to fix it.
