Upstox - RKSV - Trade in Rs 20 Max

I am on EXE. Was on Bharti, faced disruptions. Then tried switching to TATA. Tata was practically dead. Tried logging, re-logging, refreshing broadcast. Nothing worked.

I speed tested my two internet connections, both landline and wireless(backup). Both were having above 1MBPS speed. No issue with them.

I am also using terminal of another broker for charting purpose. Absolutely no issue with that too. Not even once during the day.

My only grouse is why only me? What is so special about me...
Quite odd... we keep two internet lines with two separate carriers to alleviate this issue. It's usually a broker issue when we have multiple clients reporting the issue (and trust me, we know when it's an issue on our end, clients don't hold back their anger :eek:). That hasn't been the case for the past week so not sure.

I am forced to write to you here in such a forum about the most unethical, unprofessional and callous attitude you people have shown after I have opened my trading account with you since more than 3 months.

I had applied to open a ILFS demat account which you people have most conveniently forgotten and despite my repeated requests on mails and phone calls every effort of mine has fallen on deaf ears. Even the government departments are better now a days.

I fail to understand how you people choose not to attend or reply to my emails when I inquire about the status of my demat account. Not surprisingly they have enough time to come to this forum and post threads. This is really agonising experience I have ever had.

Through this forum I am highlighting the state of affairs of this discount broker who is just desperate to open accounts without bothering to service the account once they are opened.

Hmm.. We on Traderji have seen RKSV for some years now and appreciated their efficiency and customer service. I am surprised that there are cases like this. RKSV, I hope you will clear up the matter the soonest and preserve your good name.

Think is that ILFS demat account opening they have no control.
It takes time,I remember when i open my demat account with ILFS it took more 2 months to open it with zerodha,i remember calling them number of time for status.Broker can't do anything in this matter,as it is out of there hand.All i say ILFS people works like government staff :rofl:

I got assurance today that a senior representative will look in my case and sort it out tomorrow itself. Hopefully, he should be able to get things moving were ever they are struck, either at RKSV end or ILFS. But in any case how can it ever take 3 months to get a demat account opened I fail to comprehend.
