Upstox - RKSV - Trade in Rs 20 Max

Hey copypaste,

We don't have a desktop version of Upstox yet.

Upstox mobile shouldn't hang... it should reconnect automatically when you lose network. Do you get a crash log message? Can you tell us what kind of device and OS you're running?

i am using android 5 lollipop. it keeps on reconnecting indefinitely and ultimately i have to kill it. no log message pops up.

Hey id4trade,

1) Sure, 3 and 15 min have been added. The charts will accumulate data over time but we have began collecting it right away.

2) We have separated index and stocks doing many user studies. We've also done the same on our Android and iOS app. It's not a technical thing. Quite easy to integrate but doesn't make sense from a user experience perspective. You have a valid point of making it customizable. Will take a look at that along with other customizations we have coming up.

4) In the works. We are launching MCX first late next month.

5, 6, 7 - those are not difficult to do. Should be in a few weeks.

Please speed up the development. Your Android app needs more updates and polishing. Hope you are giving equal attention to it as well.

Also MTM etc. details should be there all time updating live.

Thanks for the feedback. Will revamp our charts interface to give more space for the actual chart.

Not on App Store yet. It's in beta testing. So you can find it if you download TestFlight from Apple and share your Apple ID with us at [email protected].

You'll get updates automatically just like the regular App Store.

Can you PM me your ID? Will have our dev team take a look. It seems fine on the several tablets we have on our end. With Android there are countless devices and manufacturers so sometimes it becomes difficult to pinpoint the root cause.
