This feature is not ready yet in Upstox. RKSV say they will include it later at some point. Development is still underway.

Hey,

Not through a public API as such at the moment. We do use websocket on our all connections so once we release an API we can give you live streaming data via socket instead of AJAX pull.

Not yet. But that's basically the next thing we're looking to do on Web. Allow you to work with multiple widgets on a tile based approach.
