Dear RKSV

It would be more user friendly if we have the margin calculator on the main website like the competition. There are some other shortcomings in your calculator as well, which will get rectified once you develop a webpage based margin calculator. Ideally this should have been done long ago. Hope you will give it a serious thought.

How to use upstox and what are the main features of it , how to trade equity / fno/commodity / currency , how does 1 click to trade work / explaining CO,BO,etc ???. If your team could upload a video of it on youtube , it would be great .

Going thru the pdf is not very user friendly, and then you have to plus minus for stop losses. Why not this be on the webpage in an easy way like the competition or better than them

@RKSV also has a .csv file there, which I find a very user friendly. If someone like a calculator thing then fine.
But RKSV pls dont discontinue the .csv file for BO/CO margin/leverage.

@punter you can open the csv file in excel and can place a formula for whatever calculation you want, as the leverage is mentioned in that 1x 5x 7x 15x or 20x etc.

I trade in only equity cash Intraday, so my point of view is pertaining that only.

Weekly chart of IOC is wrong . I have marked rectangle.

Rksv man is there any other way to transfer funds ?

I used Atom it failed .. money debited from account but not credits in rksv.
i emailed ya guys and also called ; lady on phone said " check back in 15 min lol"

i am dead sure in 15 min nothing is going to happen but the price of my nifty will go
lol

I had same situation in zerodha once ... i called them up . and amt was available in less then 2 min ...
tho them asked me to email me screen shot of payment .

Final question :-- is there any way to save R.s 7 ? (If we do neft either way 7 is charged by bank)


update :--
i called again in 20 min ....... this time i selected hindi language .....on phone
intelligent lady picks up phone she says can isee statement via ammydmin i said ok
she connected saw statement and immediately in 1 min funds was credited.

this could be possible 20 min ago but seems like English ppls in rksv are lazy and don;t care of customer.
Next time on always Hindi langauge lol jai hind lol.
Many thx to that lady who helped me out . i was so in hurry and nervouse i didn;t had brains to thank her.

This is an issue with Atom + Bank Integration. Small % of transactions fail and take a bit of time to rectify. Will check w/ our customer service team to see why there was a discrepancy.

Our english speaking officers should be just as helpful
