Why both changes are required in KITE ?
I will illustrate with one example.Yesterday an instrument was closed at 70.
It opened in GREEN at 88.But your Market watch was showing a loss 50% (-50%).
I hope it was rectified after hour or so.
Had both changes are there ,that is ,ABSOLUTE and PERCENTAGE
trader will come to know that something is wrong.
If yesterday's close was taken wrongly , then difficult to know that.

Yes, But why just % column and why not a full featured watch list like pi and NEST has one?
Zerodha, what is stopping you to give us an option of a full fledged watchlist?
You have all the data with you. A full featured watchlist give user an ability to view his market watch in totality, current minimalistic/fragmented view does not cut for many users.
This is the reason, many users like me are not comfortable in using kite for daytrading, despite it being so awesome.
Zerodha, we request you to pls add an option to view full fledged marketwatch in Kite. Same as you have in pi.

They can use that space to provide the required data.
Instead of providing too many platforms ,it is better for them to focus
on couple of platforms and provide data ACCURATELY.

Here is very similar RKSV's "upstox", which is still in development but shaping well with users inputs.
No need to change kites's basic layout, but still an "expand button" can be added to extend minimal marketwatch into full featured marketwatch.
