Why you are very disappointed with new ZT ? Please give the details .

1) i have to press ctrl + i every time when login to get the nifty spot.
2) when try to add ce pe only E option is available.
3) when try to use nest plus received the error and ZT stop working.
these are just one day experience...I am not ready for more...i am running ZT in admin mode.... :annoyed:

Well, what they told me is such types of positions are possible and can be done, and RMS will allow that. CO sold @6100 & buy @6105 (first he told me it got bought @6092!!)... and third trade etc.

are those legitimate orders or who placed them actually ? you or zerodha ?

When you were so elaborate and prompt when things went wrong, can you be little bit elaborate on how the issue got resolved?

You wanted to 'open our eyes' about the way Zerodha conducts the biz by letting us know the issue. In the same manner, please 'open our eyes' again on whose fault this is and how it got resolved?..Just an 'explanation of CO by Zerodha rep helped' is not opening our eyes, unfortunately.

you see, we owe it to ourselves to be fair sometimes.

Understand your curiosity. You tell what can one do when logs show trade happened from account? There is limit to we can stretch this....

And they explained me those CO trades, their sequence etc. If you have specify queries regarding it, ask I will answer them later...

u have not explained about those 3 trades which u mentioned that already existed in ur order book when u entered ur transaction password first time.

They say when it rains it pours!! .. Phew!! last few days have been tough..

Guys, our focus is definitely not pricing, it is 100% on technology and tools, cause as a lot of you reading would have realized that pricing helps only to a certain extent.

A couple of things that I'd want to share, so that there is no confusion:

1. You might see one ID as Zerodha on traderji, but unlike all of you, we are a bunch of people writing reply on this side, right now it is me Nithin.

2. It is very tricky when we have to reply to pseudo names without knowing the client ID, email or phone numbers. Yes, we might have talked about it on the forum, and one of the many people(40 odd on support) would have interacted, but it becomes really tough to connect.

Coming back to the platform, Aug is our anniversary day, and we intend to be the best in every aspect of this business by then. As a low cost business, we had been forced to work with partners, rather than build our own products. But with all our client support, today we are at a stage, where we have put up an in house technology team, and looking to move away from all the so called vendors out there.

1. Our new website with a bunch of tools has gone live today, our blog Z-connect has been redesigned.

2. We will be calling for beta testers for our new front end very soon. We are hoping that this platform will do everything that an MT4, Ami, metastock can do and also be able to trade the markets. Going live on this will still take some time though.

3. Our new backoffice is getting ready, a lot more intelligent, and a lot more smarter.

These are a bunch of things on our list to do, we work in a heavily regulated environment, so it might take a bit to get approvals and etc, but we are all committed towards offering better technology, platform, and tools.

But this whole business of being on sites like traderji or social media, is definitely a double edged sword.. ... Do bounce off any suggestion you have to [email protected]...

Please use the latest version of ZT on Windows 7. White color index bar has gone deep in upper right-side and no digit is visible at all. Please correct it. In the old version, this white bar was on the left side and can be dragged to any position.

It happen for me too but got it done

1. Hit F10 and click save.
2. When you type your id and password in the Zerodha trader, you have four check boxes, tick "Confirm Scrips and Download" and "Clear and Download all scrips " and " Launch Plus "
3. No idea - drop a mail to Zerodha email support. (May be they can fix it)

This is my exact question. When you clearly mentioned that you have not entered any trade in the first place but you saw trades already in the order book(on top of that, u have to enter trx pwd as you are about to make your 1st trade for the day), what really happened?

One of the following might be true..i cannot get more specific than this.

1. All the 3 trades are your trades and you forgot to tell us about it.

2. System let you enter trades without entering trx pwd (it has never allowed me to enter the 1st trade without trx pwd..never, ever)..you 'claimed' that you are entering your 1st trade as this is the 1st time you are entering trx pwd..something is off here.

3. Zerodha put the 1st 2 trades on your account and you realised it when you entered your 1st trade...again its weird..if this is true, you can literally ground them.

Please let us know which of the above is true...Only one could have happened..tell us which one..very curious(as you mentioned)

Kindly don't take this is in wrong sense as i am also a small time trader like you..If the point # 3 is true, it can happen to anybody and thats bothering me. But looking at how this whole issue is dying down without much noise, i believe its 1 or 2.
