Zerodha - Number One Discount Broker in India

He is not replying clearly now.
May be he took the trades and then forgotten about that .
It was the profitable trade I was denying!! Also I did not book the profit (admin screenshot). I told you what I understood. Keep provoking, I will not fall for the bait. :D

Bye.

Punter,

This is my exact question. When you clearly mentioned that you have not entered any trade in the first place but you saw trades already in the order book(on top of that, u have to enter trx pwd as you are about to make your 1st trade for the day), what really happened?

One of the following might be true..i cannot get more specific than this.

1. All the 3 trades are your trades and you forgot to tell us about it.

2. System let you enter trades without entering trx pwd (it has never allowed me to enter the 1st trade without trx pwd..never, ever)..you 'claimed' that you are entering your 1st trade as this is the 1st time you are entering trx pwd..something is off here.

3. Zerodha put the 1st 2 trades on your account and you realised it when you entered your 1st trade...again its weird..if this is true, you can literally ground them.

Please let us know which of the above is true...Only one could have happened..tell us which one..very curious(as you mentioned)

Kindly don't take this is in wrong sense as i am also a small time trader like you..If the point # 3 is true, it can happen to anybody and thats bothering me. But looking at how this whole issue is dying down without much noise, i believe its 1 or 2.
You guys are crazies!! I want to move on and you are not letting me go. :D

But I will respond to this one because one of the point you made is very close to my gut feelings. If you have not made the point number 2, I would have ignored your reply.

Often happens is we think of taking a position and abandon it at the last moment. I "might have" done do so and perhaps I did so. But what I know 100% for sure is that I have Not used my transaction password before, as I have not done any trade before. I did only one trade using the transaction password...and what I saw in the Order Book after doing that I have told that already.

Anyway..you have to go by the log. Accept it. But unfortunately it does not show the entry of transaction password :(

Bro still not clear, can you brief in a step by step fashion, what you have done from start and what/how Zerodha has underlined that the action came from your side. Also requesting you to upload images in photobucket as everyone including myself won't be able to access the image site you are in now. Please do brief as everyone herein Traderji can understand crystal clear.

Zerodha
A typical newbie query.

If i SS equity using MIS ( liquid mid/large cap scrip), there are almost nil chances of trade remaining open at 3.30 pm.

But let's assume that it doesn't get squared off either by me or system. Consequence will be i will be penalized and shortfall qty will be bought in auction.

Can you pls tell me rules. Will penalty be fixed amount or it's proportional to quantity ?

1) This process done 3 time no success. I have to press ctrl +I even i am running in admin mode.
2) fixed (Thanks)
3) Fixed after fresh installation.

It happen for me too but got it done

1. Hit F10 and click save.
2. When you type your id and password in the Zerodha trader, you have four check boxes, tick "Confirm Scrips and Download" and "Clear and Download all scrips " and " Launch Plus "
3. No idea - drop a mail to Zerodha email support. (May be they can fix it) :p

Just spoke to Mr. Bharath from Zerodha for around 40 minutes. He explained me how these COs got executed actually. All is well that ends well :)

I could not understand who's fault is this , but as you say all is well that ends well then gud , anyway loss is not big.
but whenever you guys place a trade always check in 1) trade book then 2) MTM window. I have this habit of checking both these windows after every order put.
