Just Click on "Display" (Bottom left in F3-Order book) and you may see pending orders. This is like red glass to see Mr India :D

Guys,

Whoever we have spoken to from this forum on this issue, who have sent their contacts to [email protected], the issue is mainly with the internet, 256kbps, Dongle's, whenever there is an internet disconnection, you would need to reconcile...

If this is happening even after a stable internet connection, send your contact to [email protected], we will call you up and check this out.

Also, when logging in , if you use quick login, there are chances that orders already placed may not show up... So if you are logging in for the second time for the day and have pending orders, don't use quick login, and if you use quick login, use the red glass from Mr India that trader J has mentioned, either click display orders or press Ctrl+p and say reconcile..

not able to modify, cancel order now too ...now this isn't a single case, happening too many times to too many people..
sent email to [email protected]...
Okay, Didn't realize it today either. tried placing order after I saw your post. DID NOT GO THROUGH. What the hell?? Tried client cash credit. SAW NOTHING. Restarted it. STUCK AT REQUEST SENT TO LOG OUT. Force closed the app and restarted. Now things are working and can see the order placed before.

WHAT IS GOING ON?

I am pretty sure if you already have 3.10.57.97.7, it does not need re-installation. The fact that the broadcast was working and only the user information and trades were not available means it's a connection goof-up at their end.

Client cash credit User ID column showed "Static" instead of the usual "N-A".

The point is, if there was an internet glitch at my end, I wouldn't be able to see the prices on NEST updating either; not to mention the other trading app was working fine.
