Zerodha - Number One Discount Broker in India

Today at 9.35 i have experienced the same old problem of admin position not showing up holding position and rms limits failed to show cash and margin blocked even after repeated refreshing and reconcile.finally log out and login again solved the problem and the price did not moved much by this time,however when markets are fast and moving against your position one may end up paying higher slipage.I am sure that internet disconnection is not the problem for this because the market watch and amibroker charts are getting updated by this time.Do some thing about this ,i know that this kind of problems are togh to test as it cannot be replayed having said this do try to do something to rectify this bug.Else i have to go back to NOW.

zerodha plz solve the orders not showing in order book problem its really high time there is nothing wrong with my net connection neither with my pc

many clients facing the same problem @ same time with different ISP and different locations has nothing to do with their pc or net but still u differ to agree :mad::annoyed:
the most problematic thing is that we have to log out and log in again to see if it order exists or not it wastes lot of time :mad:

why are you so complacent with ZT? just because its your software...(for having you "z" in the name)...

this combo of faulty software and your "denial mode" makes me want to go back to NOW even more.
 
To all the people facing the order book issues.

Let me tell you why zerodha cannot fix it, because zerodha does not own the source code for ZT. They just have the name on it. Source code is owned by omnesys and they won't fix the issues because they are bought by Thomson Reuters and guess what Thomson Reuters is a news company, not a software company, and you think Thomson Reuters cares if zerodha complaints. So these issues and futures issues may never get fixed.

Only solution to this problem is Zerodha has to get a new trading terminal , which they can control the vendor to get the technical issues resolved.

So guys, no point bitching about the technical issues here. nothing will happen.
If it has become a real pain point, find another broker who doesn't use NEST trader. simple.

you can't have your cake and eat it too with a discount broker.
 
Just yesterday I was on call with Zerodha for some other issue. But I was informed that this matter has been resolved a few days back.
Today morning Ifaced the same problem.After placing order, no response,no message orderbook blank. I thought I made some mistake, so I placed order again, same thing happened, actually nothing showed. Then I logged off and on and then I found that all orders executed.
