Why such a harsh tone

please do not tell me what i am doing and not ...................i have put it in the least harsh possible way because our problem is going into deaf ears..............ignore it if you dont like it
secondly i am a positional trader and i remember this issue happening with me 1st time few months back when i put an order and confirmation didnt come i went to the order book and it was not there ...........and i tried to cancel the order and since order wasnt executed .............voila it not only got canceled but suddenly appeared as canceled and i didnt report it because i am not a very frequent trader and i had a way out ....... so here is a new info to all you guys including zerodha .............the order is only invisible in order book but its there and if its not executed it can be cancelled by cancel button..............so i am 100% sure its nest trader issue or zerodha side issue

if you just click cancel button , the order gets cancelled automatically.................since i didnt try putting several orders ............i cannot say that it happens with which order(incase of multiple orders)...............but if you have single order , it will get automatically cancelled without clicking on it .......................try it just now by putting a far away price order

lo i just right now .............just right now put a far away order and it didnt even appeared in order book...............i cancelled it by normally cancel button .............it got cancelled and it shows now.................just now ...................also shot an email to zerodha
I PUT 3-4 ORDERS ALL NOT SHOWING IN ORDER BOOK ....................I CLICK CANCEL ..........THE LATEST ORDER GOT CANCELLED ................I CLICKED CANCEL AGAIN ...............IT SAYS SELECT AN ORDER ............I CLOSE THE WINDOW OPEN IT AGAIN ................HIT CANCEL .............AGAIN LATEST ORDER CANCELLED WITHOUT SELECTION ................AND SO ON.........................ITS A NORMAL BEHAVIOR OF NEST TRADER ...................AND NOW YOU HAVE SOME SORT OF SOLUTION OF ORDER BOOK....................GOD HELP US INCASE OF TRADE BOOK ..................BECAUSE ZERODHA IS IN NO MOOD TO LISTEN
