Please note I said "has happened" .... means earlier/ in the past.

Does not happen now, maybe because of their update, may be some other reason.

And yes, i reiterate, I have a problem with my ISP. Cannot comment on others problems.

Also note, I speak about my issue, and not in support of Zerodha :D

it happens with me .............all the time without isp issue at all
happened today itself 5 times ............no order in order book and hit cancel and woof order canclled and shown too

, my isp is solid

ok order not showing in order book seems to be solved now seems nest trader is different from NOW and ODIN..........your window should look like this and open order will only be shown on upper side and not on lower side, after F3, ctrl + 3 should have this kind of window . i dont have any thing to say about trade book orders not showing ............will watch it out too

rest about disconnection issue ..............all are requested to download latest version from zerodha and shoot an email as and when it happens , i will also do the same ................people dont get lazy and shoot the damn mail to zerodha when required

This issue was because he was looking at only completed orders and not pending orders. So whenever he was placing a pending order it was not showing up, but it would show up as cancelled order when he clicks cancel in order book, because a cancelled order is a completed order.

@toocool, trade book shows trades (executed orders), so there will be no question of orders showing up there..

@Everyone, there was an issue last couple of weeks with orders showing validating pending, and order disappearing. All of that is solved..

If you have an issue, shoot it to [email protected], like toocool did, we can solve it, if not there is nothing much we can do.

the validation pending still takes 2-3 seconds
also orders gets stuck sometimes in put order received
cant really send mails on this issue as they get done within a few seconds

Got this reply from zerodha by mail

"Hi,

You should go to start,run, type cmd then you will get a new window in that type ping (space) -(minus symbol)t (space)www.google.com.
So when internet goes off it will show and at that same time nest will be disconnected and if only nest disconnects but net is working fine take screenshots and mail it to us."

As a feature request for NEST/ZT, Please put a button there somewhere for this. When i first used ZT i got confused by this too and had to frantically search in z-connect. Shortcuts should not be the only option as it can be confusing.

In new BackOffice please give details of each and every trade (and not summary of each scrip)as an option in Profit Loss statement for the Financial year and it should be downloaded in excel as well so that we can calculate the turnover for tax purpose

our pc, ram, isp, ping , wireless/WIRED connection , too many scrips, too many applications ............etc etc etc are the reasons 'sometimes' but when the internet is working fine & at time there are minor packet losses on certain ISP connections, 'sometimes' ZT can't handle these situations. I think ZT can handle few seconds disconnects but not more than that as reconcile option does not work each & every time . Also at such times exiting from ZT is possible only after clicking on reconcile.
