i was getting same error today. zerodha, posting on TJ or not sending e-mail doesn't mean we are not facing any problem. anyway i know you are not able or not interested to solve this problem.

another issue.. i placed reliance buy order at 810. it was execute at 3:28:54 PM. but that time, according to your ztrader/ nest data table, reliance didn't touch 810 rs. the low was made at 810.15 rs. now what you say about this
Raj, speed at which data table or charts update cannot really match every tick by tick trade that is executed on the exchange, especially towards the closing of the market where the activity increases by quite a bit. It is just not NEST/ZT, you can pull any platform. There could be 10 trades executed in 1 second, so there will be a lot of trades and hence the prices, that will not be possible to be captured on charts, or data table.
You can double check using the trade number on NSE itself.
Cheers,

Sorry for missing out your email today, we hadn't gotten any emails for any terminal issue for the last few days. Someone must have spoken to you a few minutes back.

There was no issue today from any of our clients, our guess is that this is an internet issue. You can check it out on NOW tomorrow and give us a feedback on [email protected]

Cheers,
I too faced disconnections today..not for 15 minutes continuously but intermittently it was disconnecting for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and reconnecting. Pings were working. Even live streaming of the Pak-SL match on startsports.com was working without any issues :) Anyways, I closed the live streaming just in case it was messing up with Nest. But with a 4 Mbps plan, I dont think this should be a cause of Nest disconnection.

@zerodha or anyone

how to add values in market watch of nse NOW? like , open high low, close , volume, previous close , change from last close etc?
Another way is to use REPOSITION.Right click on the header of your Market Watch
window.Follow instructions.Do not forget to use SAVE option.

hey I have a question, Today was the expiry and nifty ended at 6239. The 6200 call price ended at Rs 37 and 6150 call option last traded at Rs 89. now my question is 6150 should be trading at less because anyone leaving these itm option to be exercised should pay an STT too. So 6150 strike option should end at Rs 89 - STT on the option. So what am I missing here ??

The market closing is adjusted, which means it is weighted average price of last half hour, whereas the 6150 call value the option premium doesn't have a weighted average.

Typically the option premium automatically figures out the closing of the market price...

Guys,

I know there were a lot of issues over last 1 month and our support team has been pushed hard. If that wasn't enough, Nithin ran the biggest prank in any office, with fake police raid, and scaring the **** of everyone at the Zerodha support office.. :)

here is the video, and this is the beautiful 10,000 sqft bungalow where we work from.. :)

the last bid and ask was 36.70 - 37.00. for 6200 strike option. so anyone having sq off this option would have got rs 36.70. How much money would have come into his account had he left it to be exercised. BTW I watched your youtube video, but when is Nithin speech getting uploaded ??
