Sad really, it should not be so hard to correct data once they have it. Missing some in Realtime is understandable.

I would be surprised if international platforms are also inaccurate in this way
( just saying without having used them )

Today I experienced some unnatural thing in your terminal...please explain the cause for this matter...
I kept SL for my bnf @12006 before 2.30PM today....it triggered @ 2:31:36 the price is 12003...Now ZT data table shows low of 12009.65 @ 2:32 PM ...how this order triggered?
Please give proper reply ....not tell us its due to internet

Here is an idea for you to expand your business.

Why don't you give a complete trading package which includes a charting application + data + trading terminal.

Currently i have to pay for charting and trading separately. I would rather give you the money that i pay for charting.

Till today i have not found a single Indian company which provides a usable charting app + reliable data. if you could fill that gap , it would be great.

you could charge for data along with brokerage and come up with plans.

This could greatly benefit the trading community in India.

Added advantage , out of all the brokers in India, you would be the first to do something like this. you will be way ahead.

The questionable bar had a low of 12011.35 in esignal. But the OP had fill somewhere around 12003. eSignal has its own downtime and flaws. In the last 7 yrs(4 yrs US and 3 yrs Indian mkt) of its usage, i have seen quite a few downtimes. Had a downtime even in February for 8 mins during mkt hrs.

Point is none of the platform can capture all the tick data. It is a rude awakening for most of us. In US, i have used various platforms...Tradestation, IB, Charles Schwab, TD ameritrade, Ninjatrader(Kinetick), Ensign - none of them capture all the ticks consistently..there were misses..have experienced this firsthand. Maybe Bloomberg terminal could catch every tick...have not used it, so not sure about it.

Unfortunately, it happens at the worst possible moment for the trader.

Zerodha would do well, to introduce something similar, if not much better.

With what Nithin has been telling, i guess the new s/w 'EVO' is built upon this idea pretty much - charting application + data + trading terminal.

Lets wait and see.
