hi,
could not log in and place trades for the first time.the nifty plummeted over a percent before I could do it from my mobile.. not a great feeling.
after numerous attempts I could finally go through the logging process only to find that the downloads are stuck at 35%. pasted the scripmaster from your site. no avail.

yesterday they have updated my Rs 50000 in my terminal. Today morning again found missing. So i called customer support , they added again the amount into my terminal. Amount is not available in my account statement. Customer support says amount will be updated by 6:30pm in ur account statement. but still not updated . will this happen tommorrow again?? why this happens updating in terminal & not in a/c statement

The reason for this would be because, the payment of your 50000 would have still not come through to us from the payment gateway provider. Once it comes through and hits the NSE client account, it will get automatically updated and you won't have to do anything. This is required only when there is an issue while transferring funds using the payment gateway.
