Yep, we never really expected this response in the first week, so yeah a revamped version from next friday which will focus more on skills than just luck...

Btw, have you checked it this week, the maximum crowd has been calling 7576 to 7625, the way market closed today, it might end up there tomorrow..

The crowd index has behaved like a moving average as sorts this week, so everytime it has come to the average (crowd average), it has bounced off it...
Zerodha, what are the changes ?

Wow....You want to trade using as margin intraday money lost...and if you lost more money than again you want to trade....Wow it means unlimited trading till market end for the day....:confused:;);):rofl:

On the contrary, I was wondering why profits should not be credited intraday.
Look at the other side of the coin.:annoyed:

Installed ZT 3.11.2.1 today.

Opened two chart windows, only one chart is updating realtime, the other one is not updating.

Does any body have a solution/ tweak to make both the charts update realtime?

Thanks

Suggestion for Crowd Index to Zerodha

1>> Don't allow people to put prediction on Friday. Thursday EOD should be last. If we allow Friday we will eventually have bunch of winners with 100 Rs- 300Rs every week. So no fun.

2>> Introduce multiple brackets.

+/- 1 point bracket
+/- 5 point bracket
+/- 10 point bracket
+/- 25 point bracket
+/- 50 point bracket

If at least one winner is found in lower bracket we stop there else we go to the next higher bracket.

if we do not find any winner in +/- 50 points then no winner for that week.

Just like we have diminishing return as time passes we need to have diminishing returns as we go to higher brackets.

You can come up with some formula.

What will be Margin req. for the following spread:

Bought 1 lot NF @ 7600 Aug
Sold 1 lot 7800 CE Sep.

I am seeking a broker who will block margin only for 1 NF lot, as the sold option is covered.

Jamit, the SPAN margin requirements is as mandated by the exchanges, broker has no say in it. So you will most likely find everyone asking for same margin, but since we clear with NSE on T day, we might be the ones asking you the least.

You can check our SPAN calculator for margin requirements: https://zerodha.com/margin-calculator/SPAN/

I tried to uninstall and reinstall again but not able to move past the message. If the solution is listed here, kindly let me know.
