Zerodha - Number One Discount Broker in India

in the mentioned posts by arcus, ravi has not maligned RK Global and infact tried to compare it with others in a way that everyone looks a cheat against it!

probably he is representing RK Global as their business is the most HIT with zerodha's emergence and evolution!

why are we even discussing him till he comes up with fact/figures/contract notes? if he has the balls then he will produce them with logic then there is a case against zerodha otherwise its total waste of time and professional rivalry at its peak!

IMP ADVICE TO RAVI

if he is really genuine and feels that hes been cheated and deserves the compensation, then he is using the wrong platform - be it forums, mouthshut, consumercomplaints etc. coz from my experience i am saying, this is total time waste and he will nt get anything!

its better to present his case with proper docs/contract notes to SEBI and send a legal notice to zerodha thru his lawyer. i am sure tht if zerodha is at fault, the moment they see the legal notice with reference no. of complaint to SEBI, they will come begging to you with your compensation already credited to your a/c.

till then dont waste time of others.......

Your advice is well taken. It is true that these forums do not solve the issues but put pressure on some sensible organizations to act better and improve. I am glad that Ksesha has got exactly what I have conveyed.

Today ZERODHA gave me many problems.

1.From 0915am to 1030am ,I was unable to place ORDERS.

2.Only some quotes were found REFRESHING.It gave a False Impression that all was
well with Zerodha.On another Laptop ,i get quotes from Sharekhan.There was lot of disparity
between these.

3.Slow response:At last I could place orders.Once I placed orders,there was no entry
in Order book.This forced me to place another order.Still no entry.I placed another order.
Then appeared all 3 orders at a time.When I tried to cancel orders ,same problem occurred.
Cancellation appeared after a long time.

4.Error 11: Around 1pm I placed an order ,the following message appeared.



These are not complaints.I hope you take in right spirit and this feedback will certainly
help you ,serving us ,better.

They are not terminal issues at all they are id issues.
They are still unable to explain y margins in nesttrader and back office file is different coz i have not given them my id to them as i m unable to understand the logic behind this .What has id to do with the margin shown
in the terminal;)

Which internet connection do you use ?
BSNL.It has nothing to do internet connection ,as I was getting the quotes from SHAREKHAN on another terminal.

This issue of orders not appearing happens lot of time.Even its not updated properly in net positons.
Rest make sure u tell ur id to zerodha then only they can solve ur problem as all the issues of zerodha are id related.:lol:

Today ,It had to do with Bid/Ask rates and quantities ?????( It said SO ,I could not record it
properly.) Generally Logging out and fresh login will help.

Facing very frequent Nest trader freezing while using the Nest plus charts. Tried using the normal intraday chart which is good enough for trading. But faced an issue in zooming. Once zoomed in, no way to zoom out. Which all are the keys binded to the zoom in normal intraday chart not the Nest + charts.
Please advise. Very difficult to work with Nest + charts.

OS : Windows 7 Pro 32bit and Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
AV : Tried with all the antiviruses available, addded the program folder and exe in exclusion list.
Firewall status: Tried with on and off and also in exclusion list.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but in vain.

Please advise.

Stopped using both NEST charts and Intraday charts of ZT.I think double clicking in quick
succession will reset the chart.(I remember vaguely)
