The issue the other day was the connectivity on the exchange for the equity segment in the preopen session, it was down and hence no orders in equity segment was possible to be placed on preopen session. This happened across a bunch of brokers..

Nest Plus is not working for me. Message coming on bottom message bar "NestPlus error : Interactive DD connection error: os error".

Previously this message comes when there was some internet problem. But now it is coming frequently, even when the internet is OK. I could browse and ping is also working fine.

Kindly check this issue.

Brill, this message comes about whenever you've had a network disconnection on your system. It could be a very small, nanosecond disconnection from the internet and will not really affect the performance of Nest Plus.

If Nest Plus stops functioning, you'll notice that only one candle keeps updating without creating incremental candles. If this happens, here's what you need to check:
1. Make sure your version of Nest Plus is 1.6.0.0 for ZT 3.10.57.97.7. To check your version, click on Tools < Nest Auto Plugins or press Ctrl + Shift + P. You'll see the version of Nest Plus there.
2. If your version is current and still isn't working - click on Refresh.
3. This should usually fix your problem.

Call our helpdesk on 080-40402020 if all else fails. ;)
 
I have gone through all the posts and see no problem with this guy.

All that he is saying is that the policies of Zerodha are not correct. He clearly mentioned them in detail.

1) The premium earned from writing options is allowed by Zerodha to take further trades as a policy. All of a sudden one fine day they say it is not allowed. And from next day on-wards it is again allowed.

2) The time to auto square off is defined as 3.10 PM as a policy. All of a sudden one fine day they say it can be done at any time.

I believe it is Zerodha to get their acts in order by defining clear policies and eliminate discrimination and or profiling. In the name of Risk management no one should be treated differently with suspicion.

Zerodha should have a well defined risk management policy written and published rather than individuals treating a randomly selected trades/traders with suspicion.

My only objective of posting here
(1) High handed of Zerodha in not responding to my concern.
(2) Let the trading community know about this practice in Zerodha.
Rest is upto individuals. If they are not concerned with such issues or such issues do not affect them,then it is fine.

Its not just about brokers. Looking at your review in mouthshut and consumer complaints it appears everybody in India wants to cheat you?

If you feel so cheated in India and are so happy about US, why did you come back??

I am not an agent of Zerodha and stop playing dumb. All you have said in the past 6 years since you created your profile is that five different brokers have cheated you. You have not given any proof of being cheated till now.

What trades had you took and how much was in your account?
Show us your contract notes. You can remove personal details so you dont have to worry about your privacy.

I dont know why Zerodha wants to give free 100 trades to such cheaters.
Ask Zerodha not me.
If you are so dumb that you cannot understand the details mentioned in my communications ,it is your problem Not mine.

Today ZERODHA gave me many problems.

1.From 0915am to 1030am ,I was unable to place ORDERS.

2.Only some quotes were found REFRESHING.It gave a False Impression that all was
well with Zerodha.On another Laptop ,i get quotes from Sharekhan.There was lot of disparity
between these.

3.Slow response:At last I could place orders.Once I placed orders,there was no entry
in Order book.This forced me to place another order.Still no entry.I placed another order.
Then appeared all 3 orders at a time.When I tried to cancel orders ,same problem occurred.
Cancellation appeared after a long time.

4.Error 11: Around 1pm I placed an order ,the following message appeared.



These are not complaints.I hope you take in right spirit and this feedback will certainly
help you ,serving us ,better.
