Ravi1952, this is also not the first time you have been cheated.

You were cheated by Sharekhan before

1) You have had problems with Religare and here

2) You then had problem with Sharekhan and here

3) Then you had problem with Angel broking

4) Then you think BMA is a cheat and here

5) Now Zerodha has "cheated" you.

Since you think 5 brokers are a cheat and are lousy, why should anyone on this forum trust you?

You have not posted anything on this forum except for your claims that you were cheated by most brokers for the past few years.

I was doing something on mouthshut, saw this there and looks like ravinder also wrote on mouthshut about this options thing.. ..

Either one could be true

1) Ravi1952 has been cheated repeatedly by five different brokers, both big and small, over the past 5 years.

or

2) Ravi1952 is a big cheat himself.

It appears that according to you dissatisfaction is equivalent to cheating. However, it is true that some of the 5 have cheated. and I have to say that in this business large number of brokers are cheating.
Please continue to support your master Zerodha and do more research.

Its not just about brokers. Looking at your review in mouthshut and consumer complaints it appears everybody in India wants to cheat you?

If you feel so cheated in India and are so happy about US, why did you come back??

I am not an agent of Zerodha and stop playing dumb. All you have said in the past 6 years since you created your profile is that five different brokers have cheated you. You have not given any proof of being cheated till now.

What trades had you took and how much was in your account?
Show us your contract notes. You can remove personal details so you dont have to worry about your privacy.

I dont know why Zerodha wants to give free 100 trades to such cheaters.

Ravi, Why don't you take this issue to the regulatory authority? You don't have to take up that as a full time job. You are taking your time to spend here in the forum about the issue. You can very much take them to file a complaint.

Thank you for your advice. Firstly, my intention was not to engage in so much discussions. I just wanted the community to know about Zerodha as they did not give any satisfactory response to my direct e-mail to them. Now I have also begun to feel that many participants on this forum are proxy of Zerodha.
It is for the individuals to take decision.
As regards, going to the regulatory bodies, I have learnt that in most cases it does not work unless you go for arbitration. Even for arbitration, you have to choose the arbitrator from the selected list. I have no experience about it. But I have a strong feeling that unscrupulous brokers will have expertise in striking a deal.

Looks like you are out to malign the broker.. Why I say this is because instead of focusing on the issue, you are beating around the bush and coming up with all sorts of lame posts.. Are you trying to grab some attention of this forum? Or you hired by brokers to malign the reputation of brokers offering services in India.. If you're having issues in my country, please go back to US where you claim the services & regulation is top notch..I would advice, either come out in the clear, give the facts:
a) how much money you had in your account,
b) how much option premium you had collected
c) what strike you had written
d) how many lots were squared off by Zerodha
e) how much loss were you in
You don't seem to be interested to resolve your concern..You are concentrating more on spreading negatives about brokers.. If that is your sole intention I think you should do it elsewhere..

What is your strategy to write CE 5000....I mean there is lot sleepage and not much premium available ???

in the mentioned posts by arcus, ravi has not maligned RK Global and infact tried to compare it with others in a way that everyone looks a cheat against it!

probably he is representing RK Global as their business is the most HIT with zerodha's emergence and evolution!

why are we even discussing him till he comes up with fact/figures/contract notes? if he has the balls then he will produce them with logic then there is a case against zerodha otherwise its total waste of time and professional rivalry at its peak!

IMP ADVICE TO RAVI

if he is really genuine and feels that hes been cheated and deserves the compensation, then he is using the wrong platform - be it forums, mouthshut, consumercomplaints etc. coz from my experience i am saying, this is total time waste and he will nt get anything!

its better to present his case with proper docs/contract notes to SEBI and send a legal notice to zerodha thru his lawyer. i am sure tht if zerodha is at fault, the moment they see the legal notice with reference no. of complaint to SEBI, they will come begging to you with your compensation already credited to your a/c.

till then dont waste time of others.......

The Joke about consumercomplaints.in which claims to be an "Indian consumer forum"is that the website is not even maintained by an Indian person.
