Today ZERODHA gave me many problems.

1.From 0915am to 1030am ,I was unable to place ORDERS.

2.Only some quotes were found REFRESHING.It gave a False Impression that all was
well with Zerodha.On another Laptop ,i get quotes from Sharekhan.There was lot of disparity
between these.

3.Slow response:At last I could place orders.Once I placed orders,there was no entry
in Order book.This forced me to place another order.Still no entry.I placed another order.
Then appeared all 3 orders at a time.When I tried to cancel orders ,same problem occurred.
Cancellation appeared after a long time.

4.Error 11: Around 1pm I placed an order ,the following message appeared.



These are not complaints.I hope you take in right spirit and this feedback will certainly
help you ,serving us ,better.

Hi Columbus,

Does this happens regularly? I just shifted to Zerodha and looking at such things happening with there trading platform, making me think about continuing with them.

The open position figures do not get updated in the back office alongwith other things.Also,the profit and loss reports show one thing on the day of the trade and something else the following day.the next day figures are the logical ones.I have been pointing these two issues for a couple of times now. i would appreciate if you could have a look and take care of the issues.

These issues are id issues not terminal ones :lol::lol::lol:

This issue of orders not appearing happens lot of time.Even its not updated properly in net positons.
Rest make sure u tell ur id to zerodha then only they can solve ur problem as all the issues of zerodha are id related.:lol:
They are not terminal issues at all they are id issues.
They are still unable to explain y margins in nesttrader and back office file is different coz i have not given them my id to them as i m unable to understand the logic behind this .What has id to do with the margin shown
in the terminal;)

Sorry didn't get your query, orders won't update on net position, only orders once executed will show on net position. Are you talking about order book or net positions?

Usually if there is a disconnect of internet or there are times when ZT is not logged in properly, orders may not be logged, so you can reconcile or logout and log back in for this.

Can you tell me how much is the margin difference you are talking about? Can you tell me what contract are you talking about and how much is it getting blocked on ZT and how much on the BO?

Dear Zerodha,

Facing very frequent Nest trader freezing while using the Nest plus charts. Tried using the normal intraday chart which is good enough for trading. But faced an issue in zooming. Once zoomed in, no way to zoom out. Which all are the keys binded to the zoom in normal intraday chart not the Nest + charts.
Please advise. Very difficult to work with Nest + charts.

OS : Windows 7 Pro 32bit and Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
AV : Tried with all the antiviruses available, addded the program folder and exe in exclusion list.
Firewall status: Tried with on and off and also in exclusion list.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but in vain.

Please advise.

The day's processes have to be completed before the Open position gets updated which happen's only at the end of the day..

With reference to the P&L, if you've any open position, then its MTM'ed against the closing price of the open position contract as on the day and then the Profit/Loss figure is arrived at.

i take it tht u have gone through the above issue. the open positions and p&l figures stand the same. trust you are looking in the issue. regards.
