Dear Zerodha,

Facing very frequent Nest trader freezing while using the Nest plus charts. Tried using the normal intraday chart which is good enough for trading. But faced an issue in zooming. Once zoomed in, no way to zoom out. Which all are the keys binded to the zoom in normal intraday chart not the Nest + charts.
Please advise. Very difficult to work with Nest + charts.

OS : Windows 7 Pro 32bit and Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
AV : Tried with all the antiviruses available, addded the program folder and exe in exclusion list.
Firewall status: Tried with on and off and also in exclusion list.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but in vain.

Please advise.

For those having issues with Nest plus graphs, the solution is : Turn on DEP support for Windows essential programs and services only

Open Control Panel, click on System and Security → System → Advanced system settings. In the Advanced tab, click on the Settings button in the Performance section (the first one). In Performance Options, Data Execution Prevention has its own tab. Make this default > Turn on DEP support for Windows essential programs and services only.

Restart the system.

This may be previously asked and answered, but I couldn't find it. Is it possible to increase the number of days of IEOD data, for instance 60 days? Rightnow, I guess 15 days IEOD data is provided.

I am also facing this issue.

From 30th Sep, for last three days data table for watchlist scrips like NIFTY13OCTFUT, BANKNIFTY13OCTFUT shows data only upto 15:28. Data for 15:29 is missing. Please look into this.

Have communicated this issue to the NEST Team.. This will be resolved by Monday..

How much they take per year if i only want to use there terminal for charting purpose?

I suppose they do not have separate charges for ONLY for plotting.
They are costly brokers.
I use it sparsely as they do not have charges for trade but charges for lot. (Derivatives)
In other words ,they charge same whether you trade 1 lot or 10 lots in a single trade.

Intraday data is available only for 22 days as the data on the server is stored only for that many number of days.. You'll have to store the data locally in your system to be able to access the data for more than 22 days..

How to do it?
* Login to Zerodha Trader and click on the NEST Plus option --> My NEST Plus Account --> Plus Dashboard
* Select the Nest Starter Pack from the left hand side menu
* Click on Nest Starter Pack Settings on the top hand corner and click on "Maintain Local Store for Plus Data"

You'll have to however make sure that you invoke the charts on a daily basis for the data to get stored on to your system..
