Have communicated this issue to the NEST Team.. This will be resolved by Monday..
There is also the issue of data around expiry. Could you please be explicit and consistent across data sources.

For example, the image shows a comparison of the Vwap Statistics data with Plus data for Crude. After 20th October, the data matches. Prior to that both the sources show differences. This also occurred for NSE futures.

Hi Zerodha,

In Nest Trader i noticed that if we set the intraday time interval as 30min then the first candle is from 9.15 to 9.30. ideally it should be from 9.15 to 9.45. DO you know how can we change it.

Thank you.
Still need help with this.

Also I recieved mail from my demat a/c broker to update with latest bank a/c details with latest cts cheque as when I opened a/c with zerodha last year its old cancelled cheque. Till now I have not taken a single payout. So should I be updating my bank a/c details with zerodha as well ?
1. To get Greeks on your market watch, you have to do a few things more than just adding those columns to your Market Watch profile. Here's what you got to do:
a. Press Ctrl + P or just go to Preferences and click on Market Watch on the left hand side.
b. In Market Watch, choose the option "Greeks in Market Watch" in the middle of your screen.
c. Once that's done, right click on any option scrip on your Market Watch and choose Option Greeks > Make Greek Settings.
d. Here you have to fill in values like Volatility, Interest Rates, Dividend, etc., so that you can get the Greek values on your MW.

2. You don't have to update your bank account details if they're already submitted at Zerodha and approved - unless you plan to change your bank. If you wish to change your bank, then you have to give us the latest CTS cheque along with the Change of Primary Bank form.

I hope this answers your questions.

Data on Nest Plus for futures and options is stored on the server in sequence of near-month, next-month, and far month. Let us consider the months September/October as examples. Until expiry date, September was the near-month contract. All September derivative contracts expired on the date of expiry, and October became the new default near-month contract.

Remember, to get a continuous stretch of data, we map the data by near-next-far month... This is just the way it is. It's standardized.

Until the date of expiry, September was the near-month contract, but after it got expired, October is the near-month contract. So in October's chart, till the day of expiry it will show September's data and from the start of the new contract month, it'll show October's data.

About the mismatch of data other than expiry, if you could give us examples, we'll surely look into it.

The reason the first candle is from 9:15 to 9:30 is because that is the only 15-minute time frame available in the whole trading day. All other portions of the day can be broken into 30 minute time frames - and this is how they appear.

But Most of the the terminals which i have seen provide the 15min data in the End rather than in start. Due to such feature in Nest we can not see what the whole crowd is seeing in chart. Can you fix that?
